Client Responsibilities

You confirm that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and authority to promote any website, domain, brand, trademark, logo, image, article, content, or other material submitted to us.

Orders and Payments

For this reason, an order may become partially or fully non-refundable after work has started.
Any approved refund may depend on the stage of the campaign, work already completed, and third-party expenses already incurred.
Payments made to publishers, writers, contractors, payment processors, hosting providers, or other service providers may not be recoverable.
Refunds may also be declined if the client provides inaccurate instructions, changes campaign requirements after work begins, violates these Terms, or receives services substantially according to the agreed scope.
Intellectual Property
The Website, branding, service descriptions, proprietary methods, templates, reports, research processes, strategies, network information, and other internal business materials remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, distribute, resell, reverse engineer, publish, or commercially exploit our Website, backlink sources, publisher information, private network details, or internal methods without prior written permission.
Content specifically created for and fully paid for by a client may generally be used by that client, subject to applicable third-party rights, licenses, and agreed restrictions.

We will take reasonable measures to protect confidential client information.
Clients must also keep confidential any non-public information concerning our publisher relationships, backlink sources, private networks, pricing arrangements, internal strategies, and campaign processes.
Acceptable Use
You must not interfere with the Website, attempt to gain unauthorized access to servers or accounts, distribute malicious software, abuse contact forms, scrape restricted information, or use automated systems in a way that disrupts our services.

Termination does not remove the client’s obligation to pay for work already performed or expenses already incurred.
